Continuum / T&T Clark

T&T Clark's tradition of publishing works by world-class scholars in both Europe and North America stretches back to 1821, when it was founded in Edinburgh by Thomas Clark (he was joined in 1846 by his nephew, also named Thomas). T&T Clark became part of Continuum in 2000. In 2003, the three religious academic imprints of Sheffield Academic Press, Trinity Press International and T&T Clark were united under one imprint.

Today, T&T Clark's publishing programme continues to reflect the range, breadth and quality of publishing which established the reputation's of Sheffield, Trinity and T&T Clark itself.

Edinburgh University Press

Edinburgh University Press is an independent university press and the premier Scottish publisher of academic books and journals in the humanities and social sciences. Founded over fifty years ago, the Press became a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of Edinburgh in 1992.

Sheffield Phoenix Press is located in the Department of Biblical Studies of the University of Sheffield. It is directed by its Publishers, David J.A. Clines (Editor of the Dictionary of Classical Hebrew), J. Cheryl Exum (Editor of Biblical Interpretation) and Keith W. Whitelam (Joint Editor of Journal for the Study of the Old Testament), all members of the Department.
